What we collect
Accounts contain your name, email address, password hash and registration time. Enquiries contain your name, contact details, country, vehicle interest, message, consent, status and submission time. Do not submit identity documents or payment details.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare vehicle discussions, operate your account, and protect the service from abuse. No marketing subscription is created by these forms. Authorised JayEV administrators can review and export enquiries. Hosting is provided by the operator's Namecheap account.
Cookies and security
A necessary session cookie supports login and form security. Comparison choices are stored in your browser's local storage; they are not sent to JayEV unless you open a comparison link. No advertising or analytics trackers are installed. Rate limiting stores a hashed network identifier in MySQL temporarily, ordinarily removed after the 15-minute window on later requests.
Retention and your choices
Proposed policy: retain unanswered enquiries for no longer than 12 months and delete them when no longer required; keep active accounts until closure is requested. The operator must implement regular database reviews and deletion. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting privacy@YOUR_DOMAIN. Passwords are hashed and cannot be recovered.
Before this site accepts personal data
The site owner must replace the privacy contact, confirm their legal identity, retention process and compliance with applicable privacy law, enable HTTPS, and restrict administrator access. This is a deployment-template notice, not legal advice.
